Payments
Payments for all orders must be in U.S. Funds. We accept the following methods of payment. Bank guaranteed letters of

SHIPPING
Same Day Shipping
For fastest delivery, Steele Rubber Products makes every effort to ship orders received by 2:00pm (E.S.T.), Monday-Friday,
on the same day.
U.S. Shipping
For U. S. addresses, we will use our preferred carriers. We will not ship an item to a U.S. street address via the Post
Office. For details about carriers, please contact us at 704-483-9343. Rates are subject to change without notice.
International Shipping
For Canadian, Mexican and Overseas orders, customers will be responsible for all shipping, brokerage fees, duties or
other fees. For countries which parcel post packages cannot be insured by the U.S. Postal Service, package safety will
be the responsibility of the customer and all losses will be borne by the customer. Rates are subject to change without
notice.
Oversize Items
All items that are Rigid and Over 5 Feet Long are considered to be Oversize Items and will be charged a $5 oversize item
fee for shipping and handling. We cannot ship items over 60 inches in length to most countries outside of the United
States and Canada. Please review the parts description to determine Oversize Item status or call our Product Specialists
at 704-483-9343 for details.
