Trunk Weatherstrip (Sponge Rubber Extrusion - General Use)
This weatherstrip was designed for 1937-1939 Packard trunks but with its generic shape, has many uses outside of its original purpose.
Note: 12 foot strip required for 1937-1939 Senior Packards trunk lid. See our #30-0308-99 for strip on decklid gutter.
Superior grade, 100% EPDM sponge rubber extrusion designed to last- it will not fade, shrink or crack. Excellent at resisting moisture, Ozone and UV exposure. Optimal for replacing old, worn or damaged seals.
Suggested places to use include:
Will fit into existing channels and can be glued in place using our 3M Super Weatherstrip Adhesive, #96-8008-96. End-to-end bonding can be done with our Loctite Super Bonder 495, #96-0495-96 to make a one-piece gasket.
