State Sales Tax Notice
In compliance with State Tax requirements, sales tax will be collected on products sold in states where we have Nexus. Steele Rubber Products must add sales tax to all orders unless we have a valid tax exemption certificate on file for your business. In addition, if you plan to have an order Drop Shipped, we must have a valid tax exemption certificate for the Drop Ship state, when applicable.
Domestic Shipping
- In the 48 contiguous states, we use UPS as our primary carrier for shipments.
- Packages shipped to HI, AK, and PR are shipped via the US Postal Service regardless of weight for Standard and Express shipping methods. Express Plus is shipped via UPS.
- Each carrier provides tracking information which will be available to you once your order ships.
- Estimated delivery times are provided by the carriers and are sometimes affected by external factors such as bad weather, or logistical disruptions which may occasionally cause delays. Steele Rubber Products is not responsible for such delays, but we appreciate your understanding and patience.

International Shipping
- For orders shipping Internationally, customers will be responsible for all shipping, brokerage fees, duties, taxes or other fees. For countries which parcel post packages cannot be insured by the U.S. Postal Service, package safety will be the responsibility of the customer, and all losses will be borne by the customer.
- If one or more items are on backorder, shipping will not occur until all items are available.
- If your order includes a rigid item over 42 inches in length, please refer to your country’s shipping guidelines as we may not be able to ship to countries outside the US and Canada. Please contact our customer service department prior to ordering and we can discuss options for cutting to a length appropriate for your application while also meeting shipping requirements.
