Note: Buick useage for bolt location(s) is as follows: 1937-1939: Series 40 and 60 closed body styles only, bolt location #1. 1940: Series 40,50,60 and 70 closed body styles only, bolt location #1.

Two and one half inch (2 1/2") length by one and seven eighths inch (1 7/8") width by one half inch (1/2") inside hole diameter by three eighths inch (3/8") height.
