Grommet, fuel filler neck. Fully molded rubber. Three and fifteen sixteenths inch (3-15/16") outside diameter by two and one sixteenth inch (2-1/6") top hole diameter by two and three sixteenths inch (2-3/16") bottom hole diameter by seven eighths inch (7/8") height.
