Grommets, rear bumper extension bar through rear fender for wrap around bumpers. Fully molded rubber w/ full detail as in original. Four and one half inch (4-1/4") outside diameter by one and five eighths inch (1-5/8") inside hole length by one fourth inch (1/4") inside hole width by three fourths inch (3/4") height. Replaces factory #395715, 395716.
