This Upper Radiator Water Deflector is designed from the original part for superior fitment and function. The filler piece is die cut from quality 3/32" thick fiber reinforced rubber to authentic original dimensions. The deflector works to Prevent water from entering the air filter.

Fitment Note

Note: 1985-1986 Corvettes have a gap by the air cleaner duct that allows water to enter into the air filter. The 1987 and later Corvettes were equipped with a Deflector to prevent this problem. This deflector filler is designed to slip behind the air cleaner duct to prevent water from damaging your 1985-1986 model engine and to replace the original on 1987-1991 Corvettes.
