You were charged the incorrect amount for shipping because of a glitch in our website specific to Puerto Rico. You were being charged international shipping rates instead of the rates specifically for HI, AK and PR. We were completely unaware of this issue on our website until this specific incident and it is being fixed right now. For that, we thank you for bringing it to our attentions. We also understand that there is a fitment issue with the Front Door Vent Window Weatherstrip that you purchased from us. After reviewing the pictures of your vehicle, it seems to be a 2 door sedan. The part that you purchased is for a 2 door Hardtop or Convertible and is a different design from the one you need. We’re happy to help you with that return, give you a refund for the one you purchased and help you get the correct one for your vehicle.
We do also want to apologize for not following up on your last live chat interaction. We tried to get the last gentleman that you spoke with on the chat with you but he was on the phone when you first rang in (our product specialists all answer both live chat and telephones). Once he got off the phone and tried to answer a few minutes later, you were already gone. We failed to follow up with you further to resolve the issue after that, which indeed was not good customer service.
